Basketball 

Basketball season is from November to January.

Tryouts

Basketball tryouts will be held at the beginning of November.
 

Game days

Game days will be Thursday nights. 

Basketball shoes are not required, but highly recommended. Only water bottles with lids are permitted in the gyms. We will have water for the athletes, but students are allowed to bring their own. More information will be available at the Basketball Parent Meeting once teams have been established.

Cheerleading

The cheerleaders support our football and basketball teams and games and pep rallies. Tryouts are held each spring. 

Cross Country

Cross Country is done on a 2 mile course. This course is usually multi-terrain and can be at different elevations. It truly tests one’s cardiovascular endurance. Any off-season kid who wants to play basketball or soccer is required to run XC (Cross Country) but of course all athletes are welcomed. Practices are typically before school. Kids are to dress out in shirt/shorts and a comfortable pair of running shoes. Water container/bottle is highly recommended. Water cow will be available. 

Cross Country Schedules

Soccer

Soccer tryouts are held at end of March with games beginning in early April. 

Athletes will need to provide their own shin guards and cleats. Please see a coach if you are having trouble doing so. 

Game Schedules

Track & Field 

Students participate in Track & Field in February and March. 

Field event tryouts will be held at the end of February/early March. Sprint and relay teams will be made by the coaches who work with the athletes during the period. All field event practices will be held after school with practice ending at 3:30 PM.

Volleyball season is from August to October.
